"Lucky" is 13.2 - 4 years old ----but
has a disposition of an 8 year old. He
is calm, quiet, very still movements,
and so patient in the crossties or when
tied! Lucky is a people
person......very affectionate, and he
has a lot of head sense. He is very
smart!
His previous family broke
and trained him....and he is trained the
very best! He is naturally
gaited.....Lucky does not trot or
pace!!!! You do not have to hold him in
his gate! All you have to do is sit in
the saddle and enjoy his smooth ride.
He does have a faster gait.....but will
not go there unless you cluck to him!
He will stop on voice command.......and
- when he is gaiting, he will come right
back down to a slow walk upon command!
He does not hesistate to do anything you
ask!
He has been trail rode all
of 2007 - 2009,....all year!!!
Including winter months!-----and has
many miles on him! He is a wonderful
trail horse and a wonderful family
horse!
Lucky has very calm,
quiet, still ground manners. He does
not jump, move around when
tied,......and he has no bad behavior.
He has never bucked, reared, kicked,
bitten, or pawed. He has "the very
best" manners in every way......
We have had Lucky for a long
time and have so enjoyed him! He is one
of our keepers that we are placing (a
good - loving home a Must!)------to cut
down on our "Keeper's count"......you
just look around one day and realize you
need to cut down!!! (smile).
We
