Topper is not a beginner or push-button pony. He would be fine for someone in lessons or with some experience. Sensitive to the bit and responds well to weight/leg cues. Very easy keeper, is pastured with mares, and utd on everything. Will only sell to a good home with vet & farrier references. This is not a desperation sale, my daughter is just not interested and hasn't been for the last year.
