Weltkind,
"Winston" is a 10 year old registered
Hanoverian gelding by
Weltbekannt out
of a Wertherson mare. He stands 17 hh
tall, and is blood bay in coloring.
For the past 2 years Winston has
cross-trained in dressage and jumping.
He has competed through Training 3 and
4, and always
scores above 70%. He
comes in first or second in every
dressage class he has competed in. He
has done many schooling shows, and has
competed twice in the Region 1 JR/YR
championships held by VADA/NOVA. This
year he was the reserve high scorer. He
has amazing movement, and a huge stride.
He can leg yield, shoulder in,
counter canter, and he has amazing
lengthening.
Winston has also done
schooling hunter/jumper shows. He can be
jumped over 2' 9"course with minimal
effort.
For the last two years
Winston has been ridden and shown
exclusively by a 15 year old girl.
He can be comfortably hacked out,
and he is not spooky at all.
He
clips, loads,ties, stands for the
farrier. He is up to date on all his
vaccinations and deworming. He has a
clean vet bill and is 100% sound.
He
would be suitable for a motivated JR/YR
or adult amateur who enjoys
participating in dressage as well as
jumping. This horse has gaits that
dressage judges love and the scope and
bravery to win over fences.
