Kid is a registered 17 yr old 16.1hh
chestnut Thoroughbred gelding trained in
both English and Western. He was trained
in hunter/jumper (up to 3'6") and now
mainly does flatwork.
He flexes
at the poll, extends/collects all gaits,
picks up the correct lead from any gait,
half-passes, shoulders in and out,
pivots on both hindquarters and
forehand, has smooth upward and downward
transitions, and has a loving, pleasing
attitude while doing it all. He doesn't
need a tight rein, and is a quiet ride
with the perfect gait.
Kid is
very versatile: he can be a beginner's
horse for any age level; is a safe
challenge for an intermediate rider
wanting to perfect their skills and go
far in the show world; and would be good
for an experienced rider wanting to
re-train him in jumping. He is a great
teacher and has the perfect disposition.
I am selling him solely because I am
moving and cannot take him with me. I
need him to go to a good home.
