Sunny’s Boot Scooter (AKA Sunny) is a
Stocky Built, 15.3hh, 5 yr old,
Black/White Tobiano Gelding!!! He is
registered TWHBEA and has 3 more
complete applications for registry with
the KNGHA, NSSHA and United Racking. He
has a good pedigree with some nice
bloodlines. Sunny has lived most of his
life back up in the hills and hollows of
Eastern Kentucky and has been owned by a
close friend of ours who is a preacher.
Sunny has been trail ridden all over
Eastern Kentucky and throughout parts of
Virginia. He has been to several fun
shows. Kids of all ages have ridden
him. The Preacher even used him in his
ministry to ride hollow to hollow to
spread the gospel. The preacher told me
that Sunny liked to listen to him read
the bible but sometimes would go to
sleep while listening ( as I looked at
him in awe Preacher laughed and said he
was just joking but everyone falls for
that one). Now don’t get any funny
thoughts, Sunny has kept all 10 of the
commandments and didn’t get kicked out
of the church! But the preacher was
going on an extended mission trip and
needed some quick funds. Sunny had to
take one for the cause but things always
happen for a reason! So this could be
your chance! Sunny is easy to catch,
clip, bath, tack-up, load, and handle.
Sunny is gentle and safe for most any
beginner to ride. Sunny has super super
smooth gaits slow or fast and also has a
good canter. Sunny has had 2 months of
professional gaiting, trail and
bombproof training. He has been ridden
around farm equipment, ATV’s, over large
noisy tarps and has also had guns shot
off of his back. Just like everything we
say about our horses, we have the videos
to prove it. No matter where he goes or
what he does, Sunny is not spooky
acting. On the trails he is always
great! Sunny has been exposed to all
kinds of wildlife such as deer or turkey
or other animals like cows or dogs and
will go anywhere that he is asked too.
He has been rode many miles in the
mountains of Eastern Kentucky and
Tennessee and encountered every obstacle
possible on the trail. He will go up or
down even the steepest slopes, across
deep creeks, over downed trees, and over
all types of rough terrain while still
being sure footed. He has been rode in
traffic and is safe around cars and
trucks. He has a great attitude and an
easy going personality. Go scooting
