Mr. McCook is an 8 year old sorrel
Shetland pony gelding. He stands around
9.1 hands. (I have not actually
measured him.) He is the first to meet
you in the pasture. Gets along great
with other horses. He rides with a
saddle or bareback. Mr. McCook loves
attention and has been used at numerous
birthday parties. He knows his job and
does it very well. He would be great
for a child that is wanting to get into
barrel racing. He rides best with a
hackamore rather than a bit. He has
been taken on short trails. No spook.
He loves having a job and attention from
people. Very sound. Great feet. He is
in great health.
