I have 2 standardbred horses for sale.
One is a black 16 year old Mare
(registered). The other is a bay 4 year
old Gelding (unregistered). Scooter is
the dam of Major.
Black Mare
stands 15HH. (Scooter)
Bay
Gelding stands 15.3HH (will mature at
16HH)

Both horses
where left to pasture for two years and
have not had alot of work done with them
until this September.
Scooter is
an exceptional driving horse and loves
to do so. There is not a lazy bone in
here body. She loves to work and to work
hard. She was mainly used as a driving
mare for 6 years. Recently we have been
riding her and she is doing quite well.
She is very soft in the mouth and is
eager to please.
Scooter would
make an amazing Endurance horse. The
more in shape she gets the more she
yearns to be ridden. She really enjoys
going out and giving you her
all.
Major is also trained to
drive. He is a very kind gentleman who
is looking for someone to shower him
with love. He has been saddled (ground
work done) and ridden about 5 times. He
shows great potential to be a good
English mount, tall enough to be good
eventing/jumping horse. He is green, I
have started him western, but has had
very little done with him. I have
walked, trot and loped/cantered him and
he was fine. He needs someone who is
going to finish his
training.
Both these horses are
for sale because I can't afford to feed
them over the winter.
I am asking
$800.00 for Major, and $800.00 for
Scooter.
