Possibly open to trades on APHA Cremello
or Perlino mares.
She has
Driftwood Ike on her papers!! Also goes
to Doc Bar, Docs Oak, and Impressive and
many more greats!!! Mare is tested and
is HYPP N/N She has also been tested for
LWO and is positive. She has also been
tested and is homozygous for Black!!! No
Sorrel or Palomino foals out of this
mare. She has been bred once to a Bay
Tobiano stud and had a Bay Tobiano colt.
She is a wonderful mom and super easy
mare to handle. She is UTD on trimming
and worming. Good for farrier. She
leads, ties and loads in a trailer
easily. She is a very sweet mare and on
the lowest end of the pecking order.
Does fine with geldings, mares and
babies. Her tail touches the ground!
Wears a fly mask fine. I have clipped
her a couple times and she did fine. She
is sound for riding and breeding. She is
currently in training. She is doing
wonderful down the trails and in the
arena. Being started on barrels and
poles. She did great! She has never
offered to buck or rear. She is a little
goosey, but getting much better every
day. I would recommend an experienced
rider at least until she has some more
miles put on her. After that, I am sure
she would do fine with
anyone.
Can sell her by herself,
or with a breeding to one of my studs.
She is open right now. As long as you
breed her to a LWO negative, you are
fine!! If you breed her to a Cremello or
Perlino, you will get only Buckskins or
Smokey Blacks.
She has had 1
colt, in 2008. So far, this colt has big
hips and growing up to be a tank!! He is
under 2 years old right now. Just
because she is on the smaller side, her
foals can still grow up to be nice and
big!! He will be standing stud soon in
Hawaii!!
