"Glory" is one of our favorites! She has
come very far in her 9 years! When we
got her, she was emaciated, had a
horrible skin infection, her hooves were
very long and cracked, her teeth were in
poor condition and the light had dimmed
in her eyes. Since that point, she has
learned "how to be a horse" and has been
given 24/7 attention and love. She has
put on a considerable amount of weight
now that her teeth have been floated,
her skin is clearing nicely, and she
looks alive again! Despite her rough
past, she is loving, affectionate,
gentle and SAFE. She has been kid-ridden
on roads and trails, will lead or
follow, but prefers a slower pace. She
has been ridden in an arena alone and
with other horses. She is stall-kept
with turnout. She is being given weight
supplements and vitamins to keep her on
the right path. She is GREAT with kids
and beginners, and is being used
(lightly) as a lesson horse. I do not
want to see him go, but I am forced to
reduce my herd due to pregnancy. She has
a grooming kit, halter/leadrope, and
blanket to go with her. Trailering is
available. Phone calls are preferred, as
we have limited internet access.
