Star is for sale due to too many horses.
She has lots and lots of riding, she was
rode everyday this summer and was
started on barrels and roping. She will
make a fantastic broodmare or cowhorse.
She will track a steer, or whatever you
"sick" her on! She will do anything you
ask her to do. She loves baths, and i
also tought her to lunge at the walk
trot and canter. I also trained her to
jump, she will jump a 3 foot jump
easily. She would make a good english
horse for an adult or experienced child.
She was shown as a 3 and 4 year old but
she has just been used as a broodmare
and pleasure horse since. She was bred
in May, but lost her colt in July and
has been with a palomino stud since she
lost the foal. I cannot guarantee a bred
mare, although if there is one I would
register it if the new owner pays ALL
the fees. Our vet said she might come
back in season but she might not so
don't expect a bred mare. She has been
shod when she was younger but has been
barefoot since I bought her with trims
every 6 weeks. She is good with the
farrier and will stand 3 legged all day
long if she has to. However with her
previous owner she was not taught to tie
very well and will spook a little when
being saddled while tied, I never tie
her when saddling and found that that is
the best way to go. Otherwise she is a
good horse. I will only sell to an
experienced rider because she does test
you sometimes. Some mares just like her
were sold at an auction and they brought
between 800 to 1200 dollars so her price
is set to sell fast. You will not find
another mare like this anywhere. Come
