Camp has over 50 horses to choose from
of various breeds, sizes, ages,
disciplines, and skill levels. Each
horse is used with youth and adults for
lessons, games, trail rides, and general
horsemanship activities. You may keep
the horse at your own camp approved
location, tack is included.
There
are many great reasons to lease, such as
looking to add another temporary lesson
horse to your program, to have an extra
horse for other family members to use,
to learn from before buying one of your
own, or to ride if your other one is out
to training or injured, etc. Leasers are
responsible for the horse's full care,
management, and any associated costs.
Camp only charges $1 to lease, as it is
set up similar to a free lease. Previous
equine experience or working closely
with an experience horse person is
necessary.
