Eclipse is a big, gentle boy that has
"been there, done that." He has been
shown and won numerous ribbons in a
variety of classes. He has also competed
in endurance. He's spent many weekends
in the mountains camping and has been
many, many miles on the trails. Totally
safe and reliable, but not a dead head.
He has plenty of get up and go when
asked, but will go slow and quiet for a
timid rider. He is easy to get along
with, on the ground and in the saddle.
He is sound and healthy, an easy keeper.
Not bothered by traffic of any sort,
crosses water, bridges, mud, logs,
ditches, will ride in a group or out
alone. Has a super smooth running
walk/rack, and also canters, takes his
leads easily, stops on the word "whoa",
backs up, and moves off leg pressure.
