Rebel Man is a 17 year old quarter
horse/Tennessee walker cross. He is not
gaited. He is broke to ride for trail
and a bit of show. Would make a good
speed horse as he is FULL of energy!
Previous owners trail rode him out west.
He has WONDERFUL ground manners. Can get
a little excited when asked to trot and
canter. He just wants to go. But he’s a
very polite horse and when asked to do
something, he does his best to make you
happy. Will stand for as long as he’s
asked while you rest without you having
to be constantly pulling back on the
reins. He can be tacked without being
tied. Doesn’t mind his feet being
touched. Will pick up all four without a
problem and stand for as long as he’s
asked. Doesn’t mind fly spray. I haven’t
tried to bathe him yet, but I’m sure
he’d be fine. He has a negative ’08 and
’09 coggins on file. Only vice is that
he gets spooked by white things if you
just come up at him with it without
letting him check it out first. But once
he sniffs it out, he’s fine. He’s road
safe and doesn’t mind cars. He was shown
for a year by a previous owner but he
would need a little bit of refreshing.
But if all you’re looking for is a safe
trail horse, he’s all set. He has not
been rode this winter, so would require
some refreshing under saddle. I hate to
sell him and he must go to a GOOD HOME
ONLY! I will take 600 or best offer.
