This horse is such a calm, easy-going,
large and beautiful horse. He is easy
to ride and likes to listen to his
rider. He is very large so suitable for
even a larger adult.
His
previous owner used him for English and
Western and jumped him. I have been
riding him lately with a trainer (after
not riding him for several years) and we
find him to be a great horse who listens
well and improves with each
ride.
Everyone who sees him
comments on what a beautiful horse he
is. The trainer who is working with him
considers the horse to be very smart and
able to connect to people
well.
He does trot but his
default is to pace. I think he must
have been trained to pace as he seems
most comfort with that. But with work
he will trot - and gets better at it as
we ride him. If you want a pacer,
though, he is great for that.
I am selling him because I want
to reduce the number of horses that I
have.
