Mick is a very handsome horse with a
beautiful and kind face.
He is
friendly, but still has caution with
people and needs more ground training
before progressing to saddle training.
Even though cautious, Mick deals with
this by slowly moving away - he does not
have an agressive bone in his body and
is totally trustworthy to be around.
Mick has huge potential in the hands of
an experienced natural horse
trainer.
He had a few sessions with a
local Parelli trainer (Kirsten Lee),
until my funds ran out. Kirsten found
him to be a 'left brain introvert' to
use a Parelli term.
Kirsten Lee's
comments about Mick, along with some of
my other rescued horses she worked with,
are on her website, under PMU RESCUE.
www.wvhorsetrainer.com.
Kirsten
offered to give her 'rescue discount' if
anyone adopting one of my horses who
wished her to continue working with
them.
Please note, I do require a
home visit, along with vet and farrier
references. Boarding at my farm can be
provided, if necessary.
