Max is a wonderful horse with the best
disposition!! He was side passing on his
first ride, competing in a trail
competition on his 3rd, going on trail
rides on his 5th and letting a 2yr old
ride him by herself his 10th! This horse
is a jewel!! He has even been on an all
day wagon train and did great!! He is
very willing and will try anything you
ask him to.
Max will come running
when you call him and is very easy to
catch. He will load and unload from a
trailer like a gentleman. He ties great,
even to the back porch!
He
stands great for the farrier, fly spray
and to be groomed, saddled and/or just
loved on.
Max has two GREATS on
his papers, Hollywood Dun It and Shining
Spark. He also has his NRHA certificate
to participate in the National Reining
Horse Association competitions. He is
also enrolled in the Incentive Fund with
the AQHA.
Max has never bucked,
reared, bit or kicked. He will let our
2yr old daughter lead him around and
even ride him by herself in the round
pen!!
Max has a lovely jog trot
and a nice extended trot also. He also
has great lope/canter.
Max will
lead or follow on the trail, cross
bridges, creeks, go through woods, on
dirt roads and paved roads. He isn't a
spooky horse at all and doesn't mind
dogs running all around him on the
trails. He will even ride up and down
concrete steps!
