Audi was an incredibly anticipated
foal... He did not dissappoint!! He is
out of Under The Influence, a 5yo gray
TB mare. Megan started eventing her in
2008, where she immediately took to
eventing like a fish to water. Under the
Influence has an incredible temperament,
wondeful feet, terrific gaits, and an
amazing life changing gallop. She is an
incredibly willing mare and loves to
jump. She scored a 28.0 in her last
outing, but at the time we only owned
one mare and thought it definitely
worthwhile for our favorite mare to take
a year off to test breed our stallion
Nightfall. Under the Influence will
return to eventing in the spring, and
we're confident she'll easily upgrade to
Preliminary next year. She is such a joy
to ride and train... We've missed riding
her so much! She retired sound from the
racetrack, and is very sound. Having her
take a year off was definitely
worthwhile, as Night Out (aka Audi) is
an incredible young man. He has an
amazing hip for incredible scope, and
the amazing gallop of both his parents.
He is a compact, powerful individual who
should be outlandishly scopey and
talented! Audi's sire is Nightfall.
Nightfall is a young event horse who is
making waves in the eventing world,
showing tremendous talent, rideability,
natural flying changes, the best gallop
we've ever seen, and a jump of a
lifetime. He has a terrific personlity,
and is amazing to ride cross country...
Megan equates riding him cross country
to galloping on a tiger.... He is
amazing. His sire is Windfall, Olympic
Level event horse. His dam is Hail to
the Chief, who competed at Intermediate
and ribboned at the North American Young
Riders Championships. We are offering
all of our 2009 foal crop for sale
(sadly!!) till the first one sells (to
help pay for their existence), then
we'll keep the others.... The choice is
