Toby is a wonderful horse that would do
anything for a person that he trusts. He
has amazing ground manners, he's one of
those horses you can trust your little
kids to play with.
He stands for the
farrier, behaves for the vet, and anyone
can worm him. He's easy to catch, tack,
trailer and bathe. He also ground ties.
He's traffic safe and is a great trail
horse, with or without other horses. He
can be turned out with any horse and he
is not aggressive at all. He neck reins,
and you can ride him english, western,
or bareback with no problems.
I have
taken him to one show (english),
(possibly his first)and he did amazing
coming out with 1st 2nd, 4th and 5th
with numerous people in the class. He's
also super fast and would probably win
any speed class you entered him
in.
He has terrific gaits and would
do great with dressage training. A pony
clubber or 4-H'er would love this
horse.
He is not registered, but he
does have a brand in the shaped of a
bubble letter U on his left
hindquarters.
He is being sold
because he is too sensitive for his
owner. Toby is NOT for beginner riders
and needs and EXPERIENCED rider.
He
is extremely sensitive to leg, seat,
hand and voice aids. He would be best as
a one person horse and not a school
horse. He needs someone who has time to
work with him. He needs no whip, spur or
any other mechanical devices to make him
perform wonderfully, he just needs time
and patience.
As he is not my horse,
