"Socks" is a 5 year old American Paint
Horse filly. She is a rich sorrel color
with tall socks, blaze and a spot on her
belly. She is currently owned by the
family that bred and raised her, but
they are looking to downsize the herd
just slightly. Socks was sent to a
professional trainer and broke out as a
2-3 year old. She was shown as a
yearling, but mostly just trail ridden
her whole life, but recently started
over jumps. Socks is a great trail
horse, very careful with her feet and
ready to go! She's make an exceptional
show horse for someone looking to do
just about any discipline, as she's a
smooth (forward) mover. She'd be a
outstanding prospect for someone looking
to be very successful in dressage or
eventing. She's got a look that will get
you noticed, no matter what discipline
you ride! Socks is pleasure bred, but
she's a very large mare - so i think
someone could be very successful using
her as a "all-around" show horse in the
paint circuit or hunt-jumper ring!!!
