Cowboy is a 16 year old gelding. He has
been ridden extensively on trails and
does great. He will lead or follow and
is not spooky. All of the other horses
can be acting up on the trail and it
doesn't phase him in the least. Anyone
can ride him on the trails. He also
knows all the games - barrels, poles,
arena race, texas barrels, cones. When
he goes to a show, he is ready to go, so
I would no put a beginner on him at
shows. My daughter was also jumping him
and he loved it. I have used him for
lessons, camps, and birthday parties.
He will load, clip, bath, cross tie,
stand for vet, sometimes there is a
little trouble with the farrier with his
back feet, but you just have to let the
farrier know to go slow with him. He
had shots done on July 3rd, is wormed
every other month, and is having a new
coggins pulled on Monday. Sadly, my
daughter has out grown him and he is
just not getting rode much. He is
looking for a good home with kids that
will love him.
