Frosty Bobcat, better known as “Slew” is
a 13 yo Appendix registered gelding.
He is a gentle giant of a horse,
standing 17.2 hands high. His beautiful
conformation makes him a very athletic
horse.
This horse is personality
plus! He runs about the middle of the
herd in the hierarchy. He loves
attention, is a real people horse, and
is non-aggressive towards other
horses.
His bloodlines include
Seattle Slew, Mr. Prospector, and Go Man
Go.
Slew has been used as an
all around ranch horse as well as for
team penning and trail rides. He is
trained in barrels - runs 3D/4D with
potential for faster - and runs poles,
straight barrels and other playday
events.
He has won several
buckles as well as plenty of cash over
the past few years. He has natural rate
and runs in a light bit with no
tie-down. He rides in anything - even a
halter!
Slew is very sound and
healthy with no issues. He is up to date
on coggins and vaccinations.
No
vices, has great ground manners, trailer
loads the best, and will stand tied
quietly all day.
While Slew is
easy to ride, he would not be suitable
for a very young or inexperienced rider
due to his power and size.
