Misty is my favorite girl and I really
had a hard time making the decision to
sell her. She has all black feet that
are very hard and healthy, she is
completely sound, and opens gates no
problem. She never hesitates at the
trailer, rides into the wilderness by
herself, and is the first one to the
gate when you pull up. Her coloring is
stunning and she has passed it on to the
three foals she's had. Misty does cool
things like when you tap the saddle a
few times before mounting, she'll walk
out her front legs to make herself lower
for you to get on. She is totally bomb
proof on the trail, doesn't mind sheep,
goats, dogs can go blasting past her,
she is safe! You can't go wrong with
this mare. Please give my little girl a
nice home.
I would also consider
leasing Misty for $400 per month. If she
works out beautifully for you, 10 lease
payments would equal a sale. If you only
wanted to keep her through hunting
season, which by the way she packs
great, isn't gun shy, stands tied all
day, I would take her back once you were
finished using her. I know $4000 is a
lot to come up with all at once. I would
expect you to be responsible for all
feed, board, shoes, vet.
