Oct, 14.3 hand, stocky gelding, really
sweet loves attention. Naturally gaited.
Easy to catch in a field. We've ridden
him all over Tennessee the past year
thru covered bridges, water, mud and
pretty rough terrain, and in large group
rides he's in great condition. Very
sure-footed, not spooky. He neck reins
and gaits on loose rein, stands still to
mount and dismount, has a good walk and
nice smooth slow gait, or he'll gait on
out when asked. Been ridden bareback
with just a halter and lead rope. He has
great feet, always been barefoot. Jumps
right in a trailer, great ground
manners, easy to bathe, pick his feet,
doesn't kick or bite. Wolf teeth
removed, up to date on all shots &
worming. Shelby is a very willing horse
that does what you ask of him.
