there and done that available for part
lease at our facility that has indoor
arena. Heated barn, large bright
stalls, large lockers. Lessons
available, jumping, flat english and
western.
Minimum 1/2 lease $200
outdoor board or $300 for indoor stall,
3 rides a week on specified days,
includes a blanket for the horse, you
supply your tack. 16H retired eventer
can still do flat, very low level
jumping. 15H qh mare done very well
trained western. 15H older qh gelding
broke to death western. 14.2 arab x
mare well broke, younger with some zing.
All leases must participate in lessons
to assess match and suitability unless
advanced intermediate rider or higher, c
level pony club or higher. Two
exceptional older ponies 12.2 and 13H
for the smaller riders, well schooled
and like to work. 5 mins south of

morgan gelding who needs to be ridden
