You know how your dog will shake his leg
when you scratch his belly? Well Comet,
will dance when you scratch his chest.
He loves to be scratched, anywhere, any
time. If you are sitting on his back
and scratch his neck, he will start
inching backwards to get closer to the
lovely person scratchin' him. He really
is very funny! He is the first one at
the gate and is very tolerant of little
people climbing all over him. However,
he came to us starved and neglected. He
has put on weight and we have been
riding him at playdays and 4-H meetings.
He does not know a whole lot other than
trail riding and having kids play with
him, but he is a pretty good boy, worth
