This Incentive Fund gelding is royally
bred on the top and on the bottom. It
was an extremely difficult decision to
geld him, and it wasn’t due to any lack
of quality or handling issues. What
finally made up our minds is that we
figure he will have a better life as a
great gelding than he would have as a
stallion. He’s a son of Playin Pep,
AQHA High Point Working Cow Horse, who
also has a ROM in Reining, Roping
Points, NRCHA earnings of over $3000 and
NRHA earnings. Playin Pap is still
competing in Cow Horse competitions, and
still winning.
This colts dam, Docs
Dazzlin Darlin, has 40 roping points of
her own, and has a 4 generation pedigree
that is chock full of Champions and
Point / Money earners in everything from
halter (no Impressive) an Western
Pleasure to Western Riding, Barrel
Racing and Reining.
This colt is a
serious Performance Prospect, and has
the breeding, brains and conformation to
excel in Reining, Working Cow Horse, or
Roping. He’d also make a solid and sane
riding horse for Team Penning, Ranch
Sorting, or anything else that requires
brains, brawn and presence.
