farm half lease. She can go either
English and/or Western and she does
jump. She is exceptional out on trails.
Sassy stands at 14.2 hh, is great to
lead, groom and tack up. She has been
ridden in a mounted drill team at
demonstrations and competitions, and
also ridden in parades.

year round riding, large outdoor riding
arena, round pen, private jump course
and access to 2000+ acres of riding
trails right off the back of the
property.
