Rosie has a beautiful strawberry roan
coat and is built like a TANK -- this
girl is massive. She delivered a
beautiful colt in mid-June 2009. He is
now weaned him and she is ready to move
on to a loving permanent home. The colt
is not for sale.
Rosie would make
an ideal broodmare for a farm looking to
produce big horses.
She is a
fantastic mother and very easy to handle
-- couldn't have made our jobs any
easier in terms of the foaling.
We don't know much about Rosie's
background but the brand on her shoulder
is typical of a PMU mare.
We
have worked extensively with Rosie since
she came here a year ago. She halters,
leads, loads, bathes, etc. She does
need some work standing still for the
farrier, but her feet are healthy and
she will lift them for you without much
fuss.
Rosie is current on
vaccinations, deworming, hoof trims, and
negative coggins.
PRICE IS FIRM
and as with all our equines, Rosie is
available to a good home only -- homes
that have the resources, knowledge,
facility and time to offer excellent
care.

broodmare/companion/pasture pet only!
