I've owned Lily almost 3 years, she is
very sweet & will give you a kiss on
command. Lily gets lunged & picks up
her leads. Under saddle I am working on
collecting her, & getting her to relax
her trot. She is a great jumper, going
over 2'4" easy. When riden frequently
this pony slows down & would be fine for
an intermediate rider. The past 2 years
she pulls her 2 wheel buggy, roughly
between 5 to 10 times durring the
summer.Lily doesn't buck, rear, or bolt,
she doesn't have the bad pony attitude.
She gets vacuumed durring grooming time,
& clipped in the spring.I ride her on
the road alone & on the trails. Shes
great with other horses geldings &
mares. I have used her for pony rides
the kids Love her, she always gets
complemented on how pretty she is. A
child that has been riding for 1 to 2
years with an instructor, should be a
good match for Lily. No shoes, easy
keeper, prefers being able to go in the
stall & out to pasture at will. Riden in
a snaffle & martingale, I forgot her
martingale in the video. Starting
8/13/09 Lily has been riden 3 to 4 times
a week, by an experienced rider 13 year
old. She had been doing great picks up
the right lead, has great ability for
ajusting her stride to go perfectly into
her fences. She would do wonderful in
knee high jumpers. I now need a rider
again for Lily, I would be willing to
free lease with the option to buy. She
could also be used in a lesson program
for intermediate or advanced children.
This pony is a sqeeze & go, nice
forward mover. Has all her shots &
coggins since September.
