"Digger" is a big guy, a big orange guy!
He is built like a tank but very light
on his feet. He just floats across the
ground. Powerful and fast, he would
excel at roping or Hunter Jumper work,
but he is willing to try whatever you
ask. We have owned Digger since he was
a weanling. He has always had regular
foot and vet care and is up to date on
everything. He stands for our farrier
with no problem. His feet are good, we
have never shod him. Digger was
supposed to be my husband's horse.
However, due to health issues, his
training has been hit and miss. He has
been ridden on a few trail rides, he is
safe to saddle and ride, but he is far
from finished. Digger and my husband
attended the Jeff Griffith clinic at
Kirkwood in Jan. of this year. Having
never experienced a stall, indoor
facillities and so many of the other
things at the clinic he did
fantastic...taking everything in stride.
Digger is very friendly, will meet you
at the gate and loves attention and
cookies. Digger is registered with APHA
breeding stock. If you would like more
