Shadow is about 15 years old. I have
had him since my daughter was 4. She is
now 8 and can't fit on him very well
anymore. For the first 2 years we did
mostly round pen or lunge line work with
them together. Now she takes him out,
cleans out his feet, brushes him, tacks
him up and hops on all by herself and
rides him around the farm. He gets
along with all horses, but is alpha, or
thinks he is anyway ;) He does need a
firm adult hand at times, (that's where
I come in), but he is not dangerous and
has never kicked or bit anyone. (We
don't hand feed him, you know how ponies
are.) And of course he has a pony
attidute, but as long as he knows he has
to do it, he will. E-mail with
