Obi is five year-old registered 16.1 hh
thoroughbred gelding with an absolutely
amazing disposition and beautiful
conformation. He has six months
professional training by an experienced
hunter-jumper trainer and coach (Bree
Hastings of Bridlewood Farms), two years
experience in the lesson ring, and has
competed in shows in Saskatchewan and
Manitoba. He has a smooth, even gait,
carries himself beautifully and has
shown very well in Hunter, Equitation,
and English Pleasure classes. He moves
smoothly and with ease through 2"9" and
3"3" courses and with a more experienced
rider certainly has the potential for
more challenging courses.
Obi is
a curious, gentle, calm, and
affectionate boy with a good mind and a
desire to please. In terms of temperment
he is probably a 2. He is healthy and
sound. He is a wonderful horse for the
beginner, novice, or more experienced
rider who is looking for an exceptional
personality as well as ability,
conformation, and a proven ability to
bring home the ribbons.
