16'1hh 7y.o. talented bay
Thoroughbred gelding. Luke is a lovely
mover with tons of ability. He is still
green and does need a rider who knows
what they're doing, but he is an
absolute blast to ride. His first two
times schooling cross country he proved
completely fearless and took water,
drops, trakehners, narrow jumps and
others in stride. He loves it and it
shows! He is currently in training and
will begin his show career soon, so I
will be posting updates from time to
time. Has shown in the past at Fox Lea
Farm in Florida as "Stocks and Bonds"
and done well.
Luke has no vices,
has never raced and has never had
soundness issues. He definitely has the
ability to go very far, most likely even
Rolex. UTD on shots and coggins, gets
along with other horses, and no history
of injury. He is light off the aids, and
soft in the hands, carries himself in a
frame and bends almost
automatically.
Owner in college
and doesn't have the money to finance
his training herself so we are looking
for a competent, confident rider who is
willing to do a lease to share the cost.
Will sell if need be, but ONLY to the
best home! He's such a sweetie, he
deserves all the love in the world.
