10 year old mare. Mare is probably
gentle enough for anyone to ride. She is
very safe. We have had her for many
years and everyone, even beginners ride
her. Kids can climb all over her. She
has never done anything dangerous. Very
healthy and sound. She does have a scar
on one of her back hoofs. It has NEVER
caused her any problem at all. She has
never taken a lame step. Lucy is always
easy to catch, loves to be brushed and
always stands quite when tied.
Absolutely no bad habits. Will go
anywhere you ask and is a perfect trail
horse not spooky at all. Has been on
many rides. We ride her bare back or
with a saddle, double or with nothing
but a halter and a lead rope. Great
family horse.
