This gelding is being ridden on a
working ranch daily. He is doing great.
He is neck reining nicely. He crosses
water, mud, very well and occassionally
a wooden bridge. He has been mainly used
to gather cattle, ride and check cattle.
We have used him to sort pairs and he
has been on a few pleasure rides. He has
roped and doctored calves, cows or
bulls(whatever may need it). He is neck
reining nicely and moving off your legs.
He would make a great ranch horse
because he likes to ride out. WE feel he
should be able to do just about anything
you want him to do. Barrel race,(play
days) rope, maybe even a little western
or english pleasure, if that is what you
want. We have started him on barrels and
poles and WOW he is a natural at them.
You take him and finish him your way. We
have let him set for weeks at a time and
he does great when rode again. We do not
recommend him for a beginner rider, just
because of his inexperience. I put him
at a level 5 temperment because of his
inexperience(he is not hot or wild). He
is around 15.2 hands and 1150 lbs. He is
a great gelding that needs a job. I do
