This striking gelding is by The Call
Judge. Jerry was shown by an adult
beginner in 2008, it was his and the
rider's first year in the show ring and
they walked away in the ribbons at every
show with multiple wins in All Day
Pleasure/Country Pleasure, Trail
Pleasure as well as Novice horse and
rider classes. Jerry has also been trail
ridden and will do a trail walk when
asked. He has been through Trail
Obstacle and Dressage clinics and placed
3rd in a Intro Level dressage test at a
major NWHA rated show in 2008. He has
been with a professional "sound" trainer
since January of 09 and is currently
showing in the Trail Pleasure and
Country Pleasure divisions. Even though
Jerry has been with a trainer, he can
easily be ridden by an amateur rider.
Jerry was shown in multiple NWHA and
FOSH shows in 2008, is currently showing
with NWHA regularly and is scar free and
completely sound trained. To the best of
my knowledge he has never been put on
pads. He has matured into a beautiful
mover with a lovely natural stride and
head shake and is ready to go out and
win for you. We have started his canter
and although he's not finished in the
canter for the show ring, he's not far
off. He has no vices and a great mind,
self loads in ramp or step up trailers,
hauls well, stands tied at the trailer,
can be stalled or field kept. Jerry is
good around dogs, good for the vet and
farrier and has good ground manners. He
has been ridden on trails in small
groups or alone - he will lead or follow
and has crossed water, railroad tracks,
roads, etc. He is TWHBEA registered and
also entered into the NWHA tracking
registry. This horse has placed in the
top 3 in every class that he's been
entered in 2009 all at major NWHA
pointed shows. He is ready to go to NWHA
Nationals this year, let him take you to
the winner's circle! This horse is a
real pleasure to ride and works off of
seat and leg cues having had classical
dressage training in addition to being
an amazing gaited horse. Jerry has a
great mind to match his lovely
old-fashioned gait. You won't find a
nicer horse.
