Gareth would be a good companion and
suited for almost any discipline. He was
very quietly and solidly started under
saddle by a professional for two
summers. He has no vices, stands nicely
in the trailer and loads easily. He
ties, stands for farrier and is used to
tractors, trucks, trailers, dogs and
cows.
I bought Gareth as a
yearling from a breeder in Virginia with
the idea of bringing him along and
selling him when he was of riding age.
My main objective is to find him a good
home where he will be a life-long
companion.
update May 14,
2009
Gareth is out on trail rides
daily. He has three solid gaits, goes
forward in any circumstance and will be
a wonderful field hunter. His attitude
is the best of any horse I've ever owned
and would also make a fabulous dressage
horse.
update September 25,
2009
Gareth started ring work
this week and was asked to go round
(collected work) and canter on the
circle for the first time. The video is
after two days of cantering on a
circle.
