Six year old Haflinger
gelding, 15 hands. “Wiz” has had just a
few sessions under saddle, but has a ton
of natural talent. So far we have
saddled him, backed him, and walked and
trotted quietly in both the indoor and
outdoor arenas on a loose rein. He has
been turned out all summer, and is as
big as a house (apparently he gets all
the food!). Despite his excess weight,
he has great spring in his trot. He goes
quietly and willingly and has been
sensible with each new step. We will be
bringing him in for full training soon.
He also had 90 days of professional
driving training two years ago, but we
have not driven him since. He is ready
for someone to get going, and will make
a terrific all-around sport horse for
any discipline. Price $5000.
