Update: Misty has been at the trainer
for work under saddle. She is coming
along nicely. He uses Natural
Horsemanship techniques. We are
planning for at least ten weeks of
training.
Misty was imported in
utero from Ireland. Her dam is the
lovely Rosaleen. Misty is a lovely mare
who loves attention and being brushed
out.
She has given us three lovely
foals, two fillies and one colt. Each
by different sires. One filly was born
in 2005, a second filly in 2006, we gave
her a break for 2007 and she gaves up a
colt in 2008. All these foals are
part-bred as Misty is only 50% gypsy.
She is currently open, but can consider
a breeding to our gypsy stallion.
She gets along great with other
horses, and easily takes when breed.
She has foaled without any assistance.
Need to downsize do to space and
economy. She is current on her trims,
shots and worming.
