I am looking to Lease Legend because I
have just delivered my second child and
I just don't have the time he needs to
devote to him.
Legend is currently
boarded at a Colchester Stables just 5
minutes South of Sherwood Park
www.colchesterstables.com. The stable
has two arenas. One a large outdoor
sand ring and the other an indoor heated
70'x160' arena. There is also on-site
lessons if you want to sharpen you
ridding skills.
Legend was started
by a professional trainer in May of
2008, has 60 days of training and he is
green broke. He has been ridden both
English and Western. He has been leased
and ridden regulary for the last 6
months. Legend is a quick learner and
loves people. He is very athletic and is
eager to please the rider. He is very
approachable, loves attention, and has a
great temperament. He is exceptionally
calm, very easy going and has very
little spook in him. He is easy to
catch and leads really well. Because
Legend is still green, an intermediate
or advanced rider is required.
Legend
will have to be kept at this location.
Full and/or part lease are available.
Part lease is $125 per month and full
lease is $250 per month. Leasee
responsible for farrier costs of
approximately $35 every 6-8 weeks. I
will cover all other costs, including
de-worming and shots. Western tack also
available at no extra charge.
