Poco Hontas was born on
May 30, 2008. She was imprinted at
birth, and is socializing well with us.
We have worked her a little in the round
pen and she behaved well and figured out
what we wanted pretty quick. She
lounged well in both directions and
reversed when we asked it of
her.
Poco has coronet spots on
all four of her feet & possible ink
spots (one on her back). I believe she
could be homozygous for the tobiano
gene. Poco Hontas has a small white
strip on her face & a snip on her
nose.
She has been halter
trained, trailers, stands for the
ferrier & bathes. She is up to date on
shots & worming.
Hontas has been
in a horse show this past October
5,2008. Hontas took 5th place in halter
two and under class & in most colorful
halter class she placed 6th. She
behaved real well for her first time
around other horses.
Poco Hontas
weighs about 500 pounds and is
about
13.2 hands high.

registered with APHA. Her registered
