A customer has this sweetie and his full
sister for sale through us. U Lyn Don's
Shadow AKA Shadow is a beefy, strong and
very healthy gelding.
Just a
pretty bay with nice conformation, sweet
face and great bone plus nice mellow
brains.
The man in the photo is
260 pounds and 5'11", my husband, and
Shadow had no problems handling Dennis
at all. Shadow seems a lot larger then
his 14.3 because he is so broad and
muscular.
Just a super horse who
will make someone a lovely riding horse
for trails. Has worked cattle as a
youngster too.
Has nice ground
manners and he loads and hauls, stands
quietly at hitching post, trims, clips,
etc.
He is losing weight nicely
and being lunged daily while on a strict
diet to get back into shape. Shadow has
been well loved and a tad overweight in
these photos.
He and his full
sister for sale too on this site are in
for some tune up riding until they are
sold. Shadow needs some hours in the
saddle so not for a beginner yet. Will
need an intermediate rider right away or
some professional training to be safe
for beginners down the road.
My
family owned his grandparents in the
1970s and 1980s, Beckridge Ulindon and
Caridel Chime Bell. We bred their sire
too as Glentana was my family's old
prefix. Those lines are all safe, sane
and happy horses as is this guy. They
were all working ranch and cattle horses
and Shadow is no exception.
