Skippy was bred and born at my farm and
handled daily from birth. He is a
really nice gentle horse with ability
and aptitude for trail riding and
showing. He was shown in 2003 in Ohio
Paint shows as a yearling and always
placed in halter. He's broke western
and I have ridden him around the farm as
much as possible since he was 3 years
old. He requires more time under saddle
in a routine training program to go
further to refine cues and
responsiveness under saddle, therefore I
do not recommend a beginning rider who
needs a "push button" mount. Both sire
and dam have champion bloodlines and
APHA and AQHA points. Sire has produced
performance point earners which makes
him a good youth prospect for western
pleasure.
